Orders containing ready to ship items placed before 12 pm Sunday-Thursday will be processed and delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be delivered on the next business day (excluding public holidays).
GCC (Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates):
Orders are processed within 5-24 hours and shipped the next business day. Once shipped, your package should arrive within approximately 2-5 business days.

To authorise a return or exchange, please make sure you decide before opening your delivered product(s). We will happily provide you with a full refund (excluding delivery costs) or an exchange. The Playful Camel reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet return policy guidelines. Return requests must be communicated within 14 days from date of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return delivery costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
