Full payment is due at checkout to secure your item of a pre-order item. When the item arrives at our warehouse, we will ship it within two business days. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your pre-order is out for delivery.

We will deliver items in your order that are not on pre-order within two business days. As we receive inventory for items on pre-order, we will deliver those separately.

Absolutely! Gifts are wrapped using our unbleached 100% cotton in the furoshiki method, a Japanese wrapping technique that uses fabric knotted at the top, which can be used as a handle. This enables us to keep waste low, and you get to keep the fabric and repurpose it.
